Intellectual Property
All "Scaffolding" — including Notion templates, AI prompts, clinical frameworks, and digital assets — are the exclusive property of Digital Ashes Recovery & AI. Upon purchase, users are granted a non-transferable personal license for individual use only. This license does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
Usage Rules
By accessing or purchasing any Digital Ashes product or service, you agree to the following:
- You will not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying logic of any AI tools, prompts, or automated systems provided by Digital Ashes.
- You will not redistribute, resell, or share digital assets (templates, frameworks, guides) with third parties without explicit written consent.
- You will not claim authorship or ownership of any Digital Ashes intellectual property.
Refund Policy
All sales of digital assets are final once access has been granted. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds cannot be issued after delivery. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact support@digitalashesrecovery.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Media Release
By submitting a testimonial, review, or "Victory Card" to Digital Ashes Recovery & AI, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your submission — including name, niche, and quoted text — for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across all platforms.
2. Privacy Policy & Data Integrity
Data Collection
We collect the following personal information solely for the purpose of system customization and service delivery:
- Name — to personalize communications.
- Email Address — to route inquiries and deliver digital assets.
- Intake Pillar Selection — to connect you with the appropriate service track (Strategic Bookkeeping, ADHD Scaffolding, or Universal Recovery).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Ever.
The Vault
All "State of Chaos" descriptions submitted through our contact form are treated with clinical-level confidentiality. These intake narratives are:
- Stored securely and accessed only by authorized Digital Ashes team members.
- Never sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.
- Used exclusively to understand your situation and provide relevant scaffolding.
AI Privacy
Data processed through our AI-assisted tools follows strict privacy protocols designed to protect your digital footprint. We do not train external AI models on your personal data. AI is used as an internal tool for operational efficiency and scaffolding delivery — not as a data harvesting mechanism.
